Real estate photography

Photography is priced from your home's interior square footage. The base price of $159.99 covers up to 1,883 sq ft, and each additional interior square foot adds $0.09. If the measured area differs meaningfully from what you entered, the invoice adjusts at that same rate, up or down. See the rate table.

The photo count is set by the photo set or package you choose, and each product in the booking flow states its count. Larger homes usually suit a larger set. You can compare the options and their prices for your square footage side by side before you confirm anything. Compare photo sets.

Every frame gets colour and vertical correction, and exteriors get blue-sky replacement where the weather made it necessary. Photo sets are shot as HDR, and you receive MLS-sized and web-sized exports of every image. Grass colour replacement for dry or patchy lawns is available as a per-image add-on in the booking flow.

Interiors go ahead as planned. If rain or a grey sky spoils the exteriors, we replace the sky in the edit, and if a shot cannot be saved we come back for it at no charge. Turn on every light, open the blinds, clear the counters and move cars off the driveway. After you book we send a seller prep checklist you can forward, covering each room, the exterior and shoot-day details such as pets and fans. Realty Studios keeps the copyright, and you receive a licence to use the photos to market that specific property. The licence covers MLS and real estate portals, your website and social media, and print and email marketing, and your co-listing agent and brokerage can use them for the same listing. Other properties and resale are not included. Read the terms.
