Realty Studios offers the full set of listing media for Metro Vancouver agents: real estate photography, drone photos and video, floor plans, cinematic video walkthroughs, twilight photography, virtual staging and Matterport 3D tours. We also photograph agent headshots, commercial space, new construction and rental portfolios.
Photography, floor plans, drone, video, twilight and virtual staging each show a live from-price, and photography is priced by interior square footage. 3D tours are priced in the booking flow for your property, while headshots, commercial, developer and rental work are quoted per project. Every service can be booked on its own or inside a package, the booking flow shows the full price before you confirm, and nothing is charged at booking.
Photography plus a floor plan covers a standard listing, and that is what our Essentials package combines. Signature adds a coloured floor plan and aerial drone photos. Premier adds a 3D floor plan, drone video with photos and a cinematic video tour. Package contents and live prices are shown in the booking flow.
Yes, every service can be booked on its own or as part of a package. A package is only a starting point: you can add or remove services in the booking flow and the price updates as you go. A floor plan, for example, can be ordered without photography. Start a booking.
Headshots, commercial, developer and rental portfolio work are quoted because floor area does not set their scope. Looks and locations, unit counts, repeat visits and exterior context change the time involved, so a per-square-foot rate would not represent them honestly. We work across Metro Vancouver, with local pages for places such as Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey and North Vancouver. Enter your address in the booking flow to confirm it is inside our service area. Any travel fee for an outlying address is shown in your quote before you confirm. Check your address.
Yes, every price is in Canadian dollars before tax. GST is added at checkout and itemised on your invoice. The invoice is emailed after your shoot and paid online, and nothing is charged when you book. The full payment terms are on the booking policy.
