Real estate photography in Burnaby

Tower units live and die on view and light. We shoot Burnaby high-rises at the hour the unit shows best and finish interiors so concrete-and-glass reads warm, not cold.

Realty Studios photographs Burnaby real estate listings, from Metrotown, Brentwood and Lougheed tower units to character streets in Burnaby Heights and view homes on Capitol Hill. Every set is shot for MLS and the web, with colour and vertical correction on each frame and a downloadable gallery you can hand straight to your board.

Tower shoots are planned around your building's strata rules for elevators, parking and concierge access, and presale or empty units can be paired with virtual staging. Photography is priced by interior square footage and booked from the live calendar, and any travel fee appears in your quote before you confirm. Houses in Edmonds and around Deer Lake are booked the same way.

Burnaby listing photography questions

How much does listing photography cost for a Burnaby condo or house?

Burnaby listing photography starts at $159.99, which covers interior space up to 1,883 sq ft. Larger homes add $0.09 for each extra square foot, so a compact Metrotown one-bedroom and a Capitol Hill family home are each priced by their own size. Prices are in Canadian dollars before GST, which is itemised on your invoice. The full rate sheet is on our prices page.

Can you capture the city view from a Burnaby tower unit at dusk?

Yes. Book twilight photography and we capture the view in the window just after sunset. That light doesn't exist during a daytime session, so twilight is a separate visit, and its exact time moves through the year and is set for your shoot date. Brentwood and Metrotown units with an open outlook are good candidates. See twilight photography for what the session includes.

Do you photograph presale, assignment and empty units in Burnaby?

Yes, including staged show suites and unfurnished units. An empty unit can be virtually staged from the delivered photos, since the furniture is added to the photograph rather than the room. You pick a modern, traditional or contemporary style, and each staged image comes with its unstaged original, so buyers see the real room too. See virtual staging for the options.

What should I arrange with the strata before a Burnaby tower shoot?

Check your building's rules for elevator use, visitor parking and concierge access, because each strata corporation sets its own bylaws and rules. Then tell us at booking how we get in: a lockbox, the concierge or a key arrangement all work, and nobody needs to be home. Lockbox codes are encrypted and visible only to the assigned photographer and admin staff. Your confirmation email includes a manage link for updating access details.

What happens to a Burnaby photo shoot if it rains?

Interiors go ahead as planned when it rains. If the weather spoils the exterior shots, a grey sky is replaced in editing where the frame can be saved, and where it can't, we come back for the exteriors at no charge. Weather returns are free within the return window in our reshoot policy. The rest of our change and access terms are on the booking policy page.
