Space that has to be understood before it can be leased.
Realty Studios photographs commercial real estate across Metro Vancouver: office, retail, industrial and mixed-use space shot for leasing and sale. Coverage is built around what a tenant or buyer checks first, so alongside interior and exterior views we capture the floorplate, ceiling height and loading where relevant, plus context shots of access, parking and street presence.
You receive formats sized for listing platforms, brochures and offering memoranda, and occupied space can be shot around staff or tenants. Commercial work is quoted by the space rather than a residential square-foot rate, because floorplate, unit count and exterior context change the time on site.
A commercial tenant is not buying a feeling, they are checking whether the space works. Ceiling height, column spacing, loading access and frontage are the questions, and photography that only shows a pretty reception desk answers none of them.
Yes. Tell us whether staff or tenants will be present and we work around them; early-morning or after-hours timing can keep the shoot out of business hours. Let us know which areas are off limits so the shot list covers what matters without disrupting the business. Ask for a commercial quote.
By the space, not a residential square-foot rate. Floorplate, number of units and how much exterior context is needed all change the time on site, so we quote each job. Send the address, the type of space and what the images are for, and we will reply with a figure. Request a quote.
Yes, and it is worth saying so when you ask for a quote. An offering memorandum needs a different shot list from a leasing flyer, and the delivery formats differ too. We plan coverage of the building, the units and the context the document needs. Ask about an offering memorandum shoot.
Interior and exterior coverage of the unit and the building, with wide views of the floorplate, ceiling height and loading where relevant. Context shots show access, parking and street presence. Files are sized for listing platforms, brochures and offering memoranda, so one shoot serves the whole campaign. Request a quote.
Where the airspace allows it, yes. Aerials can show a site's frontage, parking and surroundings. Every flight follows Transport Canada rules, and a site in controlled airspace needs a NAV CANADA authorization for each flight, so we check the address before confirming. Read about drone rules.
