HDR interiors and exteriors tuned for Vancouver’s mixed light — north-shore mountain backdrops, rain-day window pulls, and the low winter sun that flatters west-facing Kits fronts. Edited for MLS and delivered to a shareable gallery.
Realty Studios photographs Vancouver listings, from Coal Harbour and Yaletown condo towers to character homes in Kitsilano, Dunbar and Point Grey and larger homes in Shaughnessy. You book online: enter the address and square footage, choose services and a time from the live calendar, and see the full price before you confirm.
Tower shoots depend on building access, so add your strata’s elevator or concierge details when you book. Vancouver’s rain and low winter sun shape exteriors, which is why a dull sky can be replaced in editing and weather-spoiled exteriors are reshot at no charge. Photos can be paired with a floor plan, drone or a 3D tour in the same order.

Vancouver listing photography starts at $159.99, the same live rate we charge across our service area. That base covers interior space up to 1,883 sq ft; larger homes add a per-square-foot amount, so a Yaletown one-bedroom is not priced like a Shaughnessy house. Prices are before GST, which is added at checkout. The full rate sheet is on our prices page.
Yes, but the elevator booking is set by your building, not by us. Strata rules on elevator use and concierge notice vary from tower to tower in Coal Harbour and Yaletown, so check with your strata manager or concierge first. Then add the building’s access details and any fob or lockbox instructions to your booking. Lockbox codes are stored encrypted and shown only to the assigned photographer and admin staff.
Interiors go ahead as planned in the rain. If weather spoils the exteriors, a grey sky can be replaced in editing where the photo allows it, and if the shot can’t be saved we come back for the exteriors at no charge within the window our weather reshoot policy sets. Moving the whole shoot yourself falls under the change policy on the booking policy page.
Yes, as a separate twilight visit, because dusk light doesn’t exist during a daytime session. The twilight slot is timed to the window just after sunset for your date, and that window moves through the year. For a view unit, pairing the daytime set with twilight gives you both the rooms and the lit-up outlook. Details are on the twilight photography page.
Yes. Add the services to one order and the time we reserve on site is sized to your home and everything you picked. Ready-made packages also combine them: Essentials pairs photos with a 2D floor plan, and Signature adds a coloured plan and aerial photos, subject to the airspace check.
