Surrey’s family-home market moves on kitchens, yards, and suites. We shoot the spaces that decide offers — the rooms buyers compare first.
Realty Studios photographs Surrey listings across the city, from family homes in Fleetwood, Newton and Panorama Ridge to City Centre and Guildford condos, South Surrey houses and Cloverdale acreage. Surrey family homes are sold on kitchens, yards and suites, so a set covers the main living spaces, the outdoor areas and any finished basement suite you want shown.
Acreage and larger lots in Cloverdale read best with aerials added. South Surrey sits next to White Rock, which is also in our service area. Booking is online: enter the address and finished square footage, choose services and a time, and see the live price before you confirm.

Surrey photography is priced from $159.99, the same live rate used everywhere we shoot. The base price includes interior space up to 1,883 sq ft; a bigger home, such as a large house with a finished suite, adds a per-square-foot amount. Prices are shown before GST, which is itemised on the invoice. The full rate sheet is on prices.
Yes, if it’s finished and you want it in the listing. Enter finished, livable space in the square footage, including the suite, because that figure sets both the time we reserve on site and the price. Unfinished garages and crawl spaces aren’t counted. Use the access notes to explain how we get into the suite so it can be photographed in the same visit.
Yes, both are in our service area, so you can book each address from the live calendar and take back-to-back slots when they’re open. Any travel fee for an address appears in your quote before you confirm, never afterwards. White Rock ocean-view listings can pair well with a twilight add-on; see White Rock for that city’s details.
We photograph the house, outbuildings and approach from the ground, and aerials are the way to show the parcel itself. Much of rural Surrey, including parts of Cloverdale, is in the Agricultural Land Reserve, and a drone set shows boundaries, access and the land in a single frame. The larger aerial photo set is designed for bigger lots. Airspace and options are on Surrey drone.
No. We need a way in, not a host: a lockbox, a key arrangement or someone letting us in all work. Choose the access method when you book and add details; lockbox codes are encrypted and visible only to the assigned photographer and admin staff. After booking you also get a seller prep checklist to forward, covering lights, blinds and clear counters.
