Rental and property management photography

Consistent output across a portfolio, unit after unit.

Realty Studios photographs rental units for property managers and landlords across Metro Vancouver, with consistent results across a whole portfolio. Each shoot covers every room plus the building's common areas, and one consistent look is applied across your units so they read as part of the same building.

We plan around your turnover schedule to photograph vacancies between tenancies, and several units in one building can be shot in a single visit. You receive web-sized exports for rental platforms and your own site. Rental work is quoted by portfolio size and how many units are shot per visit, so batching units is reflected in the quote.

A rental portfolio is a volume problem, not a hero-image problem. What matters is that unit 402 looks like it belongs to the same building as unit 806, that vacancies get shot quickly during turnover, and that nobody has to chase a different photographer each time.

Rental photography questions

Can you photograph a rental unit between tenancies?

Yes, that is the normal case for rental work, because the window between move-out and a new listing is short. Share your turnover schedule and we plan visits around it instead of treating each unit as a fresh booking. You can also see open slots on the live calendar. Check availability.

Can you shoot several rental units in one visit?

Yes, several units in one building can be shot back to back in a single visit. Rental work is quoted per visit, so batching units is reflected in the quote. Tell us how many units and which buildings are involved. Request a portfolio quote.

How is rental property photography priced?

Rental work is quoted on portfolio size and how many units are shot per visit. Share your volume and we will give you a per-unit figure. A single unit can also be booked online at the standard photography rate, which is set by interior square footage and shown live. See photography prices.

How do you keep rental photos consistent across a portfolio?

We apply one consistent look across the whole portfolio, so every unit reads as part of the same building. Coverage includes each room plus the building's common areas, and exports are sized for rental platforms and your own site. You deal with one studio each time instead of a different photographer per vacancy. Request a portfolio quote.

Can I add floor plans to rental unit photos?

Yes, floor plans can be added to rental shoots or booked on their own. A plan shows how the rooms connect and gives renters room dimensions and a total area before they book a viewing. Plans are measured for marketing and are approximate. Read about floor plans.
