Real estate photography is priced by interior square footage: a base price covers homes up to a set size, and larger homes add a per-square-foot amount. Every figure on this page is read live from the same catalogue that generates your invoice, so the price you see is the price you are billed for the area you enter.
All prices are in Canadian dollars before GST, which is added at checkout and itemised on the invoice. Floor plans, drone, video, twilight and virtual staging show live from-prices here, and services without a listed price are marked as quoted per project. Nothing is charged when you book.

Photography is priced at the middle of each band — checkout prices your exact square footage with the same formula. Flat-priced services cost the same at any size.
The minimum photography booking is $159.99, which covers interior space up to 1,883 sq ft. Homes above that size add $0.09 for each extra square foot, and the rate table on this page shows typical totals by home size. Your exact figure is calculated as you type in the booking flow, before you confirm anything.
No deposit and no card. Nothing is charged when you book: the invoice is emailed after the shoot, paid online, and matches the total you saw for the area you entered. Payment is due once your media is delivered. The one later adjustment is for measured area, explained below. See the booking policy for the full payment terms.
Only for late changes: rescheduling is free until 24 hours before your slot, and cancelling until 24 hours before. After that, a $75 reschedule fee or $75 cancellation fee applies. Weather moves and rebooks after a failed access are never charged. The booking policy shows the same live figures checkout uses.
Service prices are the same across our service area; only a travel fee can differ, and it is shown in your quote before you confirm. Most of the area carries no travel fee today, while outlying areas such as Bowen Island and Squamish have one. Enter the address on the booking page to see your exact total, travel included.
No. Interiors go ahead in any weather, and if rain or cloud spoils the exteriors we return for that part free of charge. A weather reschedule never triggers the late-change fee, and if the drone can't fly at your address, the drone charge is removed from the order. The refund policy sets out the same terms.
No. All prices are in Canadian dollars before tax; GST is added at checkout and itemised on your invoice. The review step shows the GST line before you confirm, so the invoice matches what you saw for the area you entered. The booking policy sets out how pricing and taxes work.
The invoice adjusts at the same per-square-foot rate you were quoted, up or down, when the measured floor plan differs meaningfully from your figure. Exterior areas such as a garage, deck or patio are measured on the day and billed at the exterior rate shown on the floor-plan product. No other charge is added after the shoot.
