REALTY STUDIOS
Realty Studios › Burnaby
Metrotown high-rises, Burnaby Heights character streets, and the Brentwood construction boom — Burnaby listings range from studio presales to view homes on Capitol Hill. Central location means we can often fit Burnaby shoots between Vancouver bookings, same week.
Realty Studios photographs Burnaby listings, from Metrotown and Brentwood towers to Burnaby Heights character streets, Edmonds, Lougheed and view homes on Capitol Hill, with photography, floor plans, drone, video, 3D tours and virtual staging booked online at live prices.
Burnaby stock runs from presale studios to detached family homes, so shoots are planned around the building: view and light for tower units, strata access for high-rises, virtual staging for empty units, and an address check before any aerial work. Shoots are booked from the live calendar, and any travel line is shown before you confirm.

Burnaby photography is priced by interior square footage, starting from $159.99. That keeps a Metrotown studio and a Capitol Hill house priced fairly against each other. Your exact total appears in the booking flow before you confirm, and nothing is charged at booking. Compare every service on our prices page.
Burnaby is not in an extended travel-fee area. The travel line for your exact address is worked out live and shown on this page and in your quote before you confirm. Nothing is added to the invoice afterwards. Extended-area fees apply to places such as Bowen Island and Lions Bay, not to Burnaby.
Yes, including staged show suites and unfurnished units. For an empty unit, virtual staging adds furniture to the delivered photos with no second site visit, and each staged image is labelled as digitally staged with the unstaged original delivered alongside. Order the photos first, then add staging per image: see virtual staging.
Yes, with a twilight session. The skyline and a lit interior read best in the short window just after sunset; the exact time moves through the year, so it is set for your date rather than a fixed hour. Twilight is a separate visit from the daytime photos and can be added when you book. See twilight photography.
Usually an elevator booking or a note to the concierge, but each strata corporation sets its own rules, so check with your strata manager first. Add the building access details and any time limits at booking; lockbox, concierge or a code all work, and nobody needs to be home. Access can be updated later from the manage link in your confirmation email.
Not without permission, because municipal park land restricts drone take-off and landing, so we plan launches from the property or another permitted spot. Aerials of a Burnaby home can still show how close it sits to Deer Lake, Central Park or a SkyTrain station. Every flight follows Transport Canada rules and is confirmed for the address first: Burnaby drone photography.
