From Coal Harbour glass towers to Kitsilano character homes and Shaughnessy estates, Vancouver listings compete in one of North America’s most photographed markets. We shoot across every neighbourhood daily, so scheduling is same-week and travel is never billed inside city limits.
Realty Studios photographs Vancouver listings, from Coal Harbour and Yaletown towers to Kitsilano character homes and Shaughnessy estates, with photography, floor plans, drone, video, 3D tours and virtual staging booked online at live prices.
Vancouver listings compete in a heavily photographed market, so each shoot is planned around the building and the light: strata access for downtown condos, natural light and straight verticals for older homes in Mount Pleasant or Dunbar, and an address check before any drone flight, because much of the city sits under controlled airspace. Shoots are scheduled from the live calendar, and any travel line is shown before you confirm.
Kitsilano · Mount Pleasant · Shaughnessy · Coal Harbour · Yaletown · Dunbar · Fraser · Hastings-Sunrise · Marpole · Point Grey
Vancouver listing photography is priced by interior square footage, starting from $159.99. A Yaletown one-bedroom is not charged like a Point Grey house. The live rate sheet is on our prices page, and the booking flow shows the exact total for your address before you confirm. Nothing is charged when you book; the invoice follows the shoot.
Vancouver postal codes sit in our core service area. Any travel charge for your exact address is calculated live, then shown on this page and in your quote before you confirm. It is never added to the invoice afterwards. Extended-area travel fees apply to places such as Bowen Island and Lions Bay rather than to Vancouver itself.
Yes. Tell us the building and your access arrangement at booking, and we plan the shoot around the elevator or concierge window. Notice rules are set by each strata corporation and vary from building to building, so confirm them with your strata manager or concierge first. Lockbox, concierge or a code all work, and nobody needs to be home.
Often, but it depends on the exact address. Much of Vancouver lies within controlled airspace around Vancouver International Airport and the downtown harbour, where each flight needs NAV CANADA authorization. We check your address against current airspace before confirming, and if we cannot fly, the drone charge is removed. Details are on Vancouver drone photography.
As soon as the live calendar has an open slot, which can include today. The booking page shows real openings for Kitsilano, Dunbar, Point Grey and the rest of the West Side, and you can check a specific date for us to confirm. A booking for today carries no extra charge for the short notice, and the full price appears before you confirm.
Yes. Older homes in Kitsilano, Mount Pleasant and Shaughnessy are shot with careful verticals and natural light where the house allows it, so original millwork, trim and stained glass read true rather than over-processed. A measured floor plan also helps buyers follow an older layout room by room. Start with Vancouver photography.
When the view or the lit interior is the selling point, such as a Coal Harbour or Yaletown unit facing the water or the skyline. Twilight is shot in the short window just after sunset, as a separate visit from the daytime session, and the time is set for your date. See twilight photography for how it is scheduled.
