Yes, the importer takes CSV files of orders and customers, including exports from spreadsheet tools. It detects column mappings from your headers, lets you adjust them, and runs a validation pass that shows problems before anything is committed. Each import is recorded with the rows it added. Your studio does. Under the platform terms, your media and customer data belong to you, and we process them on your behalf only to deliver the service. Yes, every plan has a Canadian-dollar price as well as a US-dollar price, and the pricing page switches between them. It opens in Canadian dollars for Canadian browsers.
