Realty Studios › Coquitlam
Burke Mountain’s new builds, Westwood Plateau’s view streets, and the Evergreen-line density around Coquitlam Centre — Coquitlam’s mix runs from starter condos to estate lots, and we shoot all of it on weekly Tri-Cities runs.
Realty Studios photographs Coquitlam listings, from Burke Mountain new builds and Westwood Plateau view streets to Maillardville, Austin Heights and the towers around Coquitlam Centre, with photography, floor plans, drone, video, 3D tours and virtual staging booked online at live prices.
Coquitlam runs from starter condos to estate lots, so one shoot might be a strata unit near the Evergreen Line and the next a hillside home where the view calls for a twilight exterior. Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody are scheduled from the same live calendar, and any travel line is shown before you confirm.

Coquitlam listing photography starts from $159.99. The total is set by interior square footage, so a Coquitlam Centre condo and a Burke Mountain house are priced on their own size. The booking flow shows the exact figure before you confirm, and you pay by invoice after the shoot. Every rate is on our prices page.
Yes. Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody are all in our service area and are booked from one live calendar, so shoots in neighbouring Tri-Cities can run back to back when slots are open. Any travel charge for an address is calculated live and shown in your quote before you confirm. Open slots for all three are on the live calendar on the booking page.
Yes. A newly completed Burke Mountain home is booked like any listing, and builders with several homes, display suites or phased releases can plan the visits as one project. Progress, pre-launch and completion shoots are usually separate visits, quoted together. For developer and builder work, see new construction photography.
Yes, when the view or the lit exterior is what sells the home. Twilight is shot in the short window just after sunset as a separate visit from the daytime photos, and the time is set for your date because sunset shifts through the year. Book it alongside the daytime set: twilight photography.
It depends on the address, so we check it against current airspace before confirming. Every flight follows Transport Canada rules, including keeping the drone in sight and away from uninvolved people, and flights in controlled airspace need NAV CANADA authorization. If we cannot fly on the day, the drone charge is removed. See drone photography.
