The Royal City mixes Queen’s Park heritage homes, Sapperton character streets, and Quayside river-view towers — three very different shoots in one compact city. Heritage interiors get particular care: original millwork reads best with our natural-light HDR finish.
Realty Studios photographs New Westminster listings, from Queen’s Park heritage homes and Sapperton character streets to Quayside river-view towers, Uptown and Connaught Heights, with photography, floor plans, drone, video, 3D tours and virtual staging booked online at live prices.
The Royal City packs three very different shoots into a compact area. Heritage interiors get particular care, with natural light and straight verticals so original millwork reads true, while Quayside units along the Fraser River are planned around strata access and the river view. Any travel line is shown before you confirm.

New Westminster photography starts from $159.99. It is priced by interior square footage, so a Quayside condo and a Queen’s Park house each get their own total. That total appears in the booking flow before you confirm, and nothing is charged at booking. See all service rates on our prices page.
New Westminster postal codes are part of our core service area. Any travel line for your address is calculated live and shown on this page and in your quote before you confirm. It is never added after the shoot. Extended-area fees apply to places such as Bowen Island and Lions Bay rather than the Royal City.
Yes. We use slower exposures, natural light where the house allows it and careful verticals, so hundred-year-old millwork, trim and stained glass in Queen’s Park and Sapperton homes read true rather than over-processed. A measured floor plan also helps buyers follow the room sequence of an older house. Choose services in the booking flow.
We plan around the building and the view. Add the strata’s elevator or concierge arrangement at booking, and choose an arrival window that suits the unit’s exposure to the Fraser River. Where the river and city lights are the selling point, a twilight shot just after sunset is a separate visit you can add: see twilight photography.
A floor plan helps, because older homes can have layouts that are hard to read from photos alone. A measured plan draws every level with room labels, dimensions and total area, and it can be booked with the photos or on its own. It shows layout and size, not permit history. See floor plans.
It depends on the exact spot, so we check the address against current airspace before confirming. Near the Fraser River and the Quayside towers, Transport Canada rules also require keeping the drone in sight and clear of uninvolved people, and launches from park land are restricted. If we cannot fly, the drone charge is removed.
