Yes. Rural parcels there, many in the Agricultural Land Reserve, are usually shot with a drone set plus wide exteriors, so the land, outbuildings, driveway and setting read clearly. The aerial part is confirmed for the address before the shoot, and the drone charge is removed if we cannot fly. See drone photography.

Not from inside the park without permission: Golden Ears is a provincial park, and BC Parks restricts drone use there. For a home near the park, we plan take-off from the property or another permitted spot and check the address against current airspace, including Pitt Meadows Regional Airport’s control zone to the west. If we cannot fly, the drone charge is removed.

It is when the mountain setting, a lit exterior or a big yard is what sells the home. Twilight is shot in the short window just after sunset as a separate visit from the daytime photos, and the time is set for your date because sunset moves through the year. Add it at booking: twilight photography.
