That lets people rule the home in or out before a showing, so in-person visits come from buyers who have already seen the layout. Put the link on your listing page and in emails, and check your board’s rules on tour links first.

Yes, if you want it shown. Include the suite’s finished area in the square footage you enter, because scan time and price are both set from that figure. Explain in the access notes how we get into the suite. If you’d rather leave the suite out of the tour, say so in the access notes at booking.

By square footage: the booking flow shows the price for your home’s size before you confirm. It isn’t a fixed line on our rate sheet, so select the 3D tour when you book, on its own or inside a bundle with floor plans. Nothing is charged when you book; the invoice arrives by email after the shoot.
