Delivery timing depends on what you book, and each service's timeline is printed on your order confirmation. Twilight, weather-affected exteriors, video, 3D tours and virtual staging each run on their own schedule rather than with the daytime photo set. We email you as soon as your files are ready to download. The turnaround page explains how editing is scheduled and what can move it.

The base price covers interior space up to 1,883 sq ft, fully edited and delivered. That includes HDR editing, vertical correction and MLS-sized and web-sized exports on a branded gallery link. Larger homes add a per-square-foot amount on top, which the booking flow calculates as you type. The current base price and per-square-foot rate are listed on the prices page.

Yes. Every image is exported in MLS and web sizes, with social crops alongside, so nothing needs resizing before you publish. Files arrive on a branded gallery link that you can download from straight into the listing or forward to your seller. If something isn't right, tell us and we fix it. Yes: moving a shoot is free at least 24 hours before the slot, and reshoots for quality problems on our side are always free. Inside that window a $75 reschedule fee applies, except for weather or when we couldn't get into the property. Use the manage link in your confirmation email. Full terms are on the booking policy.

No. Nothing is charged and no card is taken when you book. We email an invoice after the shoot and you pay it online, and the total you saw when booking is what you're invoiced for the area you entered. The only later change is the measured-area adjustment, which is explained in the booking policy.

We cover Metro Vancouver and part of the Fraser Valley. That means Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, White Rock, Langley, the North Shore, the Tri-Cities, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, Mission, Abbotsford and Chilliwack. A few outlying areas, such as Bowen Island and Squamish, add a travel fee that shows in your quote before you confirm. Check your address on the booking page.

Yes for interiors, which go ahead in any weather. If rain or cloud spoils the exteriors, or conditions keep the drone on the ground, we come back for that part at no charge within the return window in our reshoot policy. Sky replacement is used only where weather made an exterior unusable, not as a default. See the refund policy.
